James moved to Newcastle in his graduate year to take up a position at the Royal Newcastle Centre High Risk Foot Clinic. Securing one of the most highly contested graduate positions in the country, James received specialized training in dealing with diabetic feet.

Graduating from Queensland University of Technology in 2007, James moved to Newcastle in his graduate year to take up a position at the Royal Newcastle Centre High Risk Foot Clinic. Securing one of the most highly contested graduate positions in the country, James received specialised training in dealing with diabetic feet. This gives James the ability to deal with the most complex of diabetic feet. There isn’t much James hasn’t seen when it comes to feet.

James currently holds a lecturing position at the University of Newcastle, providing students with podiatric clinical education. This keeps him abreast of the latest in evidence based podiatric medicine. 

He is currently contemplating starting his PhD in dermatology podiatry.
